February 2024 has been a busy month with various projects being at various stages of the development cycle.
Below is a brief update on the current projects we have on.
Fairdale Terraces
We're nearing the completion of achieving all consents and approvals on this project and are working through discharging any final pre-start conditions before getting into construction. The site has been cleared with the asbestos certificate issued, just awaiting removal of trees and vegetation. We're currently working with tenderers on contract price, scope and programme to arrive at a build contract in the coming 1-2 weeks, with an immediate start planned for construction.
Taikata Road
Resource Consent and Engineering Plan Approval have both now been granted with the consultant team well underway with Building Consent design. We've been working with a contractor to assist in some early decision making with regards to specification and design to assist with managing build costs. The project is now live for pre-sales.
Luxury Townhouse Project (Address Withheld)
Resource Consent is now lodged and we're well underway with our early contractor engagement process. We're beginning to work in depth with the contractor to make some informed decisions around design and specification to reduce the risk of budget overruns. Looking forward, we'll begin engaging the remainder of the consultant team to assist with developed design as we prepare for the creation of the projects marketing campaign.
